Day-of services
- Contact by email or phone
- 8 consecutive hours dressing and directing the event
- Supervise vendor arrival, set-up and distribute personnel, programs, place cards
- Early arrival to ensure site floor plans are according to plan
- Assist with on-site photography sessions (if required)
- Helping guests who have questions or concerns
- Event monitoring to ensure a smooth, even flow
- Event Scheduling to ensure the timing of event components: Food Service times, Special event timings
- Arrange special requests (i.e. Guest Speakers, Entertainment, etc)
- Distribute final payments and tips on behalf of your company
Weekday Price starting at: $400.00
Weekend/Evening Price starting at: $500.00
20% off when booking two events ( must be within six months of each other)
Entire Event
- Finding Venue/Caterer
- All Decor/Give-away selections (sourcing, designing and assembly)
- All aspects in regards to Invitations
- Contact by Email or Phone for ongoing Support and availability for your concerns or questions
- Consultation/Walk-through with clients at the venue
- Offer creative suggestions and advice on Decor/Theme
- Confirmation of vendor arrival times one week prior to event
- Confirm menu selections and final counts
- 10 consecutive hours directing the event
- All day-of services (listed above) included
