With all the details that go into an event, finding that one item that sets your event apart from the rest can be challenging. With my contacts and resources, finding the perfect parcel is done with ease. (i.e. Wedding Favors, Wedding Invitations, Wedding Centerpieces, etc...)

Day-of services
- Contact by email or phone
- Will spend 8-consecutive hours directing and dressing the event
- Supervise vendor arrival, set-up and distribute personnel, programs, place cards
- Early arrival to ensure site (reception and ceremony) floor plans are according to plan
- Assist with on-site photography sessions
- Usher instructions, Guest greeting and direction
- Assist with pinning and distributing personal flowers
- Helping guests who have questions or concerns
- Organize wedding party for processional and recessional
- Reception monitoring to ensure a smooth, even flow
- Cue all reception events working as a team with your selected vendors
- Arrange special requests (i.e. champagne in car after ceremony, to go basket for bride and groom, hotel accommodations)
- Coordination of the collection of gifts on the wedding day
- Distribute final payments and tips on behalf of the Bride and Groom

Month of Wedding Coordination
- Consultation with Bride and Groom approximately one month prior to wedding day
- Contact by email or phone for ongoing support and availability for your concerns or questions
- Consultation at the ceremony location and reception venue
- Discuss family information,seating arrangements (at church and hall)
- Offer creative suggestions and advice on etiquette and traditions
- Contact all vendors and inform them of our support to couple
- Confirmation of vendor arrival times one week prior to wedding day
- Confirm appointments, nail-hair-makeup
- Confirm menu selections and final counts
- Develop an itinerary with the bride and groom, disperse to wedding party
- Attend rehearsal to assist with line-up order and seating
- Will spend 10 consecutive hours directing the wedding ceremony and reception

Entire Event
- Finding Ceremony/Reception Venue, Sourcing Officiant
- All Decor/ Favor selections (sourcing and assembly)
- Designing and ordering invitations
- Four 1-hour consultations with Bride and Groom to discuss progress and any changes
- Contact by email or phone for ongoing support and availability for your concerns or questions
- Consultation at the ceremony location and reception venue
- Discuss family information, seating arrangements (at church and hall)
- Offer creative suggestions and advice on etiquette and traditions
- Referral of vendors and suppliers
- Contact all vendors and inform them of our support to couple
- Confirmation of vendor arrival times one week prior to wedding day
- Confirm appointments, nail-hair-makeup
- Confirm menu selections and final counts
